Our Missionaries in Thailand, Aaron & Alina Glassburn are starting a project this year titled "Feed Pigs and Impact a Village for Christ." 

 

We are again partnering with Akron Foursquare Church and the United Church of Crook to invest $6,000 into this project. The money will go towards the purchase and care of feeder pugs to establish a sustainable income model to support rural bi-vocational pastors. Two pastors already have the ability to raise the pigs at their homes but lack the funding to start a project of this scale. After one year, the pastors will be able to restart this project on their own without additional funding, while new pastors are given the opportunity. This will allow them to better provide for their families and the churches they oversee. 

 

You can believe with us that God is walking us through a 2 Kings 4:1-7 moment and that the oil will not run out until everything is completed in these pastors' lives.

2023 Project Goal - $6,000

• All funds will be used to ensure the success of this project.

• We will be working with the pastors to teach the value of self-sustaining projects.

• Hopeful to start this project again with other bi-vocational pastors in 2024.
